These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of markitmojo.com and related pages (the "Site"), operated by Legacy Foundation Holdings, LLC d/b/a Markit Mojo ("Markit Mojo," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About our services
Markit Mojo provides marketing and reputation services for businesses, including done-for-you Google review request automation. Paid services are provided under the pricing, scope, and terms presented at signup or in a separate agreement. If those service terms conflict with these Terms, the service terms control.
No guaranteed results
We work to help clients request feedback consistently and strengthen their online reputation, but we do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, star ratings, search rankings, calls, leads, revenue, or other results. Review platforms such as Google set and enforce their own policies, and outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Review practices
We request reviews from customers without screening them based on whether they are likely to leave positive feedback, and we do not write, buy, or post fake reviews. Clients are responsible for providing accurate customer information and for having the right to contact their customers.
Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Site's content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, belongs to Markit Mojo or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
Information you submit
When you submit information through our forms, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. Our use of that information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
The Site may link to or use third-party services, such as scheduling, video meeting, and payment tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers

Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
