Legacy Foundation Holdings, LLC d/b/a Markit Mojo ("Markit Mojo") handles information about website visitors, clients, and our clients' customers. This page explains how we protect it. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Our commitments
We collect only the information we need, use it only for the purposes we describe, limit who can access it, and never sell it.
How we safeguard information
Access to personal information is limited to people who need it to do their work. Our business accounts are protected with strong passwords and passkeys. We rely on established service providers for our CRM, messaging, email, scheduling, and payments, and information is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections where our providers support it.
Our clients' customer information
When clients share their customers' contact details so we can send review requests, we use that information only to provide services to that client. We do not use it for our own marketing, and we do not sell it. Clients confirm that they have the right to share this information and to contact their customers. When a client relationship ends, we pause that client's account and delete it, including their customers' contact information, 30 days after the end date, unless the client asks for an export before then or we are required by law to keep it.
Retention
We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
If a security incident occurs
If we learn of a security incident affecting personal information, we will investigate promptly, take steps to contain it, and notify affected clients and individuals as required by applicable law, including Florida law.
